    With a hiring manager. Role scope, salary band, your questions.

    Take-home or pairing

    90 minutes, honest time. You keep the work — we discuss it, we do not grade it in private.

    Two team conversations

    A peer and a cross-functional partner. Depth on craft, collaboration, values.

    Offer + references

    Offer within 48h of final round. We call references after offer — your current job stays safe.
