Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using WholesaleTurkey.org ("the platform"), you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the platform.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and operating on behalf of a legitimate business. Suppliers must be registered as legal entities in Turkey or have valid export documentation. Buyers must be verifiable business entities.

3. Platform role

WholesaleTurkey acts as an intermediary between buyers and suppliers. Contracts are formed directly between buyer and supplier; WT facilitates discovery, communication, payment escrow, and dispute resolution.

4. Trade Assurance

When buyers pay via Trade Assurance, funds are held in escrow and released to the supplier only after the buyer confirms delivery. Disputes are reviewed by our team. See the Verification page for tier details.

5. Fees

WholesaleTurkey charges a platform fee (currently 2.5%) on escrow-protected orders. No fees for posting RFQs, publishing listings, or browsing.

6. Prohibited conduct

  • Misrepresenting product origin, quality, or certifications
  • Soliciting off-platform payments to bypass escrow
  • Circumventing the platform after connecting through it
  • Any form of fraud, spam, or abuse

7. Intellectual property

Suppliers grant WT a limited license to display their product information, images, and company details on the platform. WT respects IP rights and responds to infringement notices.

8. Limitation of liability

WT is not liable for the quality of goods, accuracy of listings, or conduct of users. Maximum liability is limited to the platform fees paid in the last 12 months.

9. Governing law

Turkish law. Disputes are resolved in Istanbul Central Courts.
